Industria Pizzeria + Bar Review

Today, I’m taking you to eat with me at Industria Pizzeria + Bar , a modern pizzeria offering a fusion of authentic and modern Italian cuisine located at 1323 Michèle-Bohec Blvd #101, Blainville. I bought it, I ate it and now, let’s rate it.

The Order:

⁃ Fried calamari | Price: 22$

⁃ Fries | Price: 8$

⁃ Orecchiette Salsiccia e Rapini | Price: 25$

⁃ Vegetarian Pizza | Price: 24$

⁃ Mini Cannoli (3) | Price: 8$

Grand Total: 117.28$ (cad) (taxes and tips included)

Let’s start by acknowledging the welcoming atmosphere of not only this place but their staff. We’ve been there several times and personally, each time I have nothing negative to report on the waitstaff.

Now, let’s get into the food tasting, I don’t eat seafood but my partner had only good things to say about the fried calamari. It was fresh, lemony and they were coated with a light batter that made each bite as crispy as the next one. The fries looked and tasted “homemade” just the way I like it. Let me say, no fries were left behind.

The Orecchiette Salsiccia e Rapini was good, it had the right amount of seasoning and salt. The quantity was right, the quality of the ingredients were noticeable and this has become one of my top dishes at Industria Pizzeria + Bar. The Vegetarian Pizza was also good, you could taste every vegetables without one overpowering the others, the tomato sauce had a sweetness to it, the only downside is this pizza can only be eaten with utensils. One thing I have to say, kudos to the chef (s) for knowing how to season the food properly because I swear, some places don’t even know that salt exists.

The mini cannoli's were different from what I’m used too but nonetheless, it was delicious. They included chocolate into their cannoli's and it was a nice touch. Let’s just say, they didn’t last long.

Overall, because of the cleanliness of the restaurant, the freshness and quality of the ingredients, the TASTE of each dish and the positive energy of the waitstaff, I rate Industria Pizzeria + Bar a 24/30 (4 stars)
